Shop with Confidence - Enjoy a 30-Day Return Policy!

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new/un-used condition. Customers who ordered the wrong item do not qualify for free return. They are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. 

If the return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to the customer. Returning items without prior request will not be accepted.

We will notify customers once we’ve received and inspected your return and let them know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, customers will be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow for sufficient processing time by your bank or credit card company for refund posting.

Please ensure that the order is correct, as well as the shipping address. If you make a mistake, ie shipping address error, ordered the wrong mounts, etc., please contact us right away and we will try and fix the issue before we send out the order.

 

Damages and issues:

Please examine your mounts and contact us promptly if you find that the items are defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the matter and rectify it as soon as possible.
